AJT Design & Marketing, Inc. recently had a survey sent to a portion of it's Client base by Rackspace, AJT's sole technology vendor, as part of the Rackspace FANATI award selection process. The survey was completely anonymous to ensure accuracy of AJT's overall customer service ratings, however some Clients chose to sign their name.
